A narratological approach to content selection in audio description

It is therefore the aim of the present work to fill this gap by providing audio describers with a methodologically founded approach that allows them to recognize and select all the relevant meaning-making information in a variable audivisual input, c.q. film or television programme, and to prioritise this information in instances in which not all this information can be included in their description.
